Pamela Flynn received her B.A. from Boston College followed by her M. Ed. degree from Lesley University. She holds professional certifications as a NH Certified Educator in the areas of Elementary Education, General Special Education, Learning Disabilities, Emotional Disabilities and Special Education Administration. Ms. Flynn received her Certification in Coaching Children and Teens through the University of New Hampshire.
Prior to joining the Green House Group in 2009, Ms. Flynn had worked as a professional educator in the Manchester and Londonderry School Systems as a Special Education Coordinator, Case manager, Diagnostician, Resource Room Teacher and Learning Disabilities Specialist.
Ms. Flynn has extensive experience with students, Pre-Kindergarten to College with varying learning profiles. Throughout her career as educator, Ms. Flynn was active in district curriculum committees, development of specialized curriculum and programs, mentoring and supervising staff, creating/providing workshops and training to staff/parents and numerous district and state initiatives.
After leaving the Public Sector she had founded North Star Special Educational Consulting Service, LLC, later merging with Green House Group, P.A. in 2009. Areas of educational interest and expertise follow: School and parent consultation; Special Education/504 processes; Educational Coaching (middle school-college); Educational Assessment; Learning Disabilities; Executive Function Disorders; Twice Exceptional; Developmental Disabilities; Autism Spectrum Disorders; and Emotional/Behavioral Disorders.
Ms. Flynn is a member of the National Learning Disabilities Association and National Association of Special Education Teachers. She is an active memeber of the Council for Exceptional Children - NH and currently serves as past president.
